How were you building your targets before using Tinyclues?

Before the Tinyclues SaaS solution, all of our targets were built internally. We were taking into account lots of criteria: users’ browsing data on our website, their transaction history, their behavior after an emailing campaign, etc. In 2013, we experienced a slowdown in our activity growth, and so looked for innovative solutions to increase the performance of our marketing actions. That’s why we went ahead with Tinyclues.

Did you have any reservations at that time?

Yes, at first we were a little hesitant to call in a third party to build our targets because we were used to internalizing everything and knew precisely how our targets were built. We were also waiting to see if Tinyclues’s promise that creating a target would take just a few minutes would prove to be true.

And so?

The testing phase we implemented with Tinyclues allowed us to be completely reassured on every aspect, including the time required to generate a target and certain security aspects.

In the end, what results did you observe?

The numerous A/B tests we implemented showed an increase of 60% in the CTOR and of 40% in the revenue generated by our emailing campaigns, all while keeping the volume constant.

What do you like most about Tinyclues?

I especially like the speed and the simplicity of the tool. We can also now target new themes we could not target before, like the “accessories” segment. Finally, we love innovation at 3Suisses. And it’s great to see that tinyclues does not stop innovating and allows us to test new tools before everyone else!
