As founder and CEO, I’m thrilled to announce that Tinyclues has raised $18 million in a Series B round led by EQT Ventures, with participation of our existing investors Alven, ISAI and Elaia Partners. This is an important milestone for us, and I wanted to take this moment to share our vision.

What’s next?

Artificial Intelligence is the driving force that will reshape marketing for years to come. For too long, as marketing channels multiplied, and available data expanded in size and complexity, marketers have been left alone with all the hard questions: how to build an optimal messaging strategy, who should receive which offer, when? Our AI-first Campaign Intelligence solution brings practical answers and empowers marketers to run smarter, more effective campaigns that drive revenue and long-term customer engagement.

2017 has been an incredible year: we launched our new product Tinyclues Action, opened offices in NYC, were listed as a “Vendor to Watch” by Gartner, and added dozens of new talents to our team. With this new funding we will reinforce our presence in North America and EMEA: in 2018, we plan on hiring more than 50 team members to keep and grow the great level of customer satisfaction that we’re proud to offer today.

And, of course, we’ll continue to massively invest in R&D. We’ll expand our product with more analytics, better support for omnichannel, more automation and more prescriptive capabilities. Eventually, AI will enable marketers to simply focus on strategy and business goals, without worrying about quantitative micro-decisions. The new funding brings us a step closer to achieving this vision.

Most importantly, thank you.

On behalf of the entire Tinyclues team, I want to thank all our customers, partners, investors and friends for their trust, enthusiasm and support over the years. None of this would have been possible without you, from the smallest suggestion to co-presenting with us at international events. And of course, thank you to our passionate team who have been working hard to make our vision a reality!

Cheers,

David Bessis
