Career marketplace innovator Hired, Inc. has published its 2018 Global Brand Health Report, and I’m delighted to announce glowing news for team Tinyclues…In a survey of tech talent in the Paris market, Tinyclues was ranked among the top ten most desirable places to work!
The Hired report reflects surveys of over 2000 tech professionals in a dozen cities across the world. Respondents were asked to rate leading consumer tech companies in their local markets, based on employer brand appeal. They were also asked about how they evaluate job opportunities in general, and what factors draw them to a company…or drive them away!
While salary and benefits were the top priorities cited overall, company culture weighs heavily as well, with the opportunity to learn new skills coming in a close third. Other key considerations: whether a job offers technical challenges, and the quality of a company’s team. As Employee Success Director, the report gives an interesting peek inside the minds of today’s tech job seekers, and really strikes a chord with my own experience and our hiring philosophy at Tinyclues.
